Our Commitment to You
At EverHome, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at EverHomeSupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — email us at EverHomeSupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the item.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at EverHomeSupport@gmail.com
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
