Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States. We are working on expanding to additional countries — check back soon.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 8–15 business days after your order is processed. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.
Lost or Stolen Packages
EverHome is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Email us at EverHomeSupport@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please email us at EverHomeSupport@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. EverHome is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us at EverHomeSupport@gmail.com
and we will do our best to correct it before it ships.
Delays
Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to high order volume, weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
