These Terms of Service govern your use of the EverHome website located at everhomely.us and any purchases made through our store. By accessing our site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. General
By using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them. EverHome reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
2. Products
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions and pricing at any time without notice. We do our best to display product colors and images accurately however we cannot guarantee your screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
4. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by product and location — typical US delivery is 8–15 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. EverHome is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds

7. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to ensure all information on our site is accurate and up to date. However we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. If a product you purchase is not as described your sole remedy is to return it per our return policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
EverHome and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including logos, images, text, and graphics is the property of EverHome and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
